Our story

Gait was founded with one clear belief: people perform best when they have clarity about their path.

Our founder’s background in education and over six years of experience in people development — from coaching athletes and students to guiding corporate teams — revealed a simple truth: performance, confidence, and fulfillment all begin with self-understanding

Through years of working with individuals at every stage of growth, one pattern stood out: the young and young working class are the most uncertain about their direction. They face pressure to “figure it out,” yet most of the tools available are either too expensive, too vague, or too disconnected from real life.

That frustration became our motivation.
